The Industrial Engineering department has been offered the “Logistics & Transportation” course in the Fall semester 2012. This is a new course focusing on problems in the design and control of modern logistics systems and quantitative methods for modeling, analyzing and developing solutions to these problems. “Logistics & Transportation” is also one of the elective courses for “Public Safety Management” concentration. Topics to be covered are mentioned in the syllabus.
